Portrait Session: Nina (plus a sneaky little plan...)

Wow... it has been a bit since this blog has been updated. Sorry about that! Things have been so busy that it has fallen to the bottom of the list. However, a session this past weekend just had to be shared.

It was a beautiful Sunday morning at the Square. Nina was ready for her session along with her boyfriend Thomas and best friend Tiffany (hope I spelled it right!). Her boyfriend booked the session for her after she mentioned that she was interested in having a few professional images taken. When he called to book the session, he also mentioned a little twist that was to be a surprise to Nina. But first, the beautiful Nina...

The girl knew how to work it!






We wrapped up back in the park and suggested to get a few images of Thomas and Nina together. After all, he set this thing up!


Then... he dropped to one knee...


and pulled out a ring...

Way to go Thomas!

She said YES of course!!! Congrats guys and thank you for letting us be a part of this special time... it was so much fun!

At the beginning of this week we got to hang out with Kevin. He needed some new promotional shots for his portfolio and up-and-coming career as a rapper.He came with props and ideas and a great personality. We had such a blast working with him and hope to do so again in the future when he is famous!

Pets are Family TOO!

Dawn and her lovely family were winners of the Pet Halloween Costume contest put on by the city. Along with other gifts from merchants, she won a gift certificate for a session with us! The light was not working with us and got dark quick but after it was all said and done, we captured some really cute moments! Enjoy...

Q + Yulanda Engagement Sneak Peek

We met Q and Yulanda at at bridal show and were so excited when they booked their wedding with us. The next step was to travel to the park for a fun engagement session. We can't wait for their April wedding! Enjoy a few sneak peeks...

A Family Outing

Wow... so somehow we have gotten 2 weeks behind on blog posts! We have had many weddings and events not to mention a few portrait sessions thrown in there as well. Here are a few images from a few Sundays ago with a fabulous family. It was a beautiful day outside and we had some great subjects to work with!

Family Session: Sneak Peek

This morning we met the lovely Bonnie, Bill, little Bill and Miss. Amy for a studio session. The look they were going for was black and white so they all came dressed in white shirts and jeans ready to smile. We had a great time getting to know them and really hope they love the results. Even though Miss Amy wasn't too into being the star of the show today, we were able to get some really sweet images of her along with her brother little Bill having a great time. Enjoy!

Joel and Joseph

Yesterday we got to spend some more time with the twins, Joel and Joseph along with their security... kinda. They came in for a specific session concerning a show they are working on and brought along a friend who was security in one of the images. The idea for the session was completely their idea. We think they turned out really awesome, what do you think?

Sneak Peek: Family Session

Yesterday we had the joy of working with an adorable family including Lacy, David, Ella and Madeline. We took advantage of the beautiful day and headed to the top of the mountain. It was so much fun working with them and I think we captured some cute ones of the girls as well as the whole family. Enjoy the sneak peek!

Little Wonder: Sydney - 6 Months

Today Ms. Sydney and her mom came in for the rest of her 6 month session. As always, we had a blast! Sydney has the cutest little personality and was all smiles today. She gave us so many cute expressions to work with and we had a hard time figuring out our favorites! Enjoy the sneak peek...
